I just wanna get rid of them, I sleep 11 hours daily, I drink lots of water, and creams wont work... what else can I do??

Don't know how much money you can spend. They do offer skin pigment treatments. Its very pricey. However, it can change those black circles into the normal color they should be. BTW, have you had your liver checked?

Stay away from caffiene. Also if you have sinus problems it shows up as dark circles. Do you need a decongestant?

do you suffer from allergies?....I have been told that this can cause discoloration under the eyes...
