what cheeze do u like in your salad.

That would depend upon what type of salad I prepared. When I was managing restaurants in Las Vegas, my Chef taught me; that; any lettuce and tomato, basic salad, he suggested a
sharp cheese. In this case a cheddar; as the acidity of the tomato blended well with a sharp cheese. Once you add, for instance: some celery maybe croutons or even some type of meat - ham, pepperoni, salami and on. The suggestion was mozzarella. Those are a few, as I could go on and on, but I am sure you get the idea. If you added cukes for example, they too are acidic so you can go with the afore mentioned sharp cheddar or perhaps some blue cheese crumbled in. I hope that assists in your quest for differant salad ideas.

feta or goat cheese.

theyre both rich and tangy and compliment the greens as well as a nice vinaigrette.

but if you dont like those kind of cheeses, provolone is awesome

i prefer to sprinkle my salad with a bit of Parmesan cheese try it.

Also add fresh fruit slices preferably pears, and grapes and sweetened walnuts and crumble fresh bleu cheese in. YUMMY

I prefer parmesan cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.

MMM...try this....mixed greens, gorgonzola, candied pecans (or just plain), diced granny smith apples, and dried cherries or cranberries. Try different dressings...I like a plain old vinegarette.
