All are excellent quotes worth remembering and using. All quotes are applicable to 2007 as well.

I am going to choose Voltaire, but they are all good.

I think the South and Central American Indians would go with Voltaire as the most realistic.

I think all three are true. But I like Voltaire's the best because he draws the link between irrational thought and evil action.

I like Seneca's best and Voltaire's second. Napleon's is a distant third.

All are stupid.
There are no separate groups of common people, wise people and rulers. All humanity are equal rational beings who play various roles at various times in various societies. Only ignorant people easily believe them instead of spending time to learn the truth from the Holy Books.

all are good, but the voltaire quote in my opinion is the best of the 3.

I like all of them,

but I have to go with Voltaire....although he is stating what is obvious to us today, who are waking up from history,
It rings so true. My wish and hope is that people know this is an absolute fact---perhaps it will keep them on their toes thinking for themselves...
but will they? naaaaah.
