Ramen noodles aren’t bad if you’re starving! Ramen noodles were made for emergency dinners not for daily consumption! That’s the major problem that issues most people around! Yes they are bad for you if you take them everyday daily! Anything you consume too much of is bad for you! Even water! (You have to go to the restroom a lot.) The other bad thing is it is very high in sodium. I really don’t know what sodium does to you but its sounds like a chemical and pretty much all unnatural chemicals are bad for the body!

Although I love spicy lime shrimp flavored!

Yeah! I tell my brother and sister not to eat it so much (the kind without the styrofoam). But if you're in college, you probably don't have much of a choice, so I wouldn't care too much. But if there are other things you can eat, don't go for the noodles. My teacher said it has way too much sodium. It just isn't good for you.

Ramen noodles have many chemicals and much sodium to make it taste good. That's why they're irresistible. But, a way to limit the intake of these chemicals without having to stop eating the irresistible noodles is to not drink the soup. Just eat the noodles.

They are very high in fat and sodium. Extremly high in sodium and really don't have any nutritional value to speak of.

They aren't bad for an occasional treat or for desperate destitue college students.

as an ocassional thing, nope, but I've known some people who pretty much lived on those cup-o-soup thingies, they have to many carbs, not enough protein, not exactly brain food! Besides, they are known for creating immense flatulent episodes

Well, it is probably not the best thing in the world to consume, but if they were bad, my son would have died many years ago. I do not know anyone else who eats them everyday. This is his favorite thing to eat. Go figure.
