Well, it might take some time but why not do a scrap book kind of thing of pictures of you two growing up w/rents and fun times and stuff like that?....You can do it with a lot of style and he would love it. This is YOUR gift to him, taking time and doing something like that is so classy that it will mean a lot. He will always have it and keep it...
What a nice bro you sound like, I jsut got married and hubbys bro gave us zip, and he was the "best man", not evan a card. It isn't about the money, it is really about the thought, give him something no one else can...you....good luck...

Cash or a gift certificate/card to the hotel where they are staying at the night of their wedding. If this isn't already paid for, and they are on a budget, this would be a nice gift for something for their wedding and take some edge off their budget. I highly recommend that!

Cash is always good for their honeymoon, but unless you just have gobs of money you should probably let your parents take care of that.
If you two are close, something that will remind him of your relationship growing up. Something that says you will always be my big brother. Maybe even a simple picture frame with a picture in it. You could take some pictures with your future sister-in-law and put it in a frame with a note saying, "The Two Most Important Women in My Life!"
Other suggestions would just be to get something off of their registry and just be creative.

Is it for him, or for both. I would get him a gift card to a store where they can get things they will need when they are living together if they are not already, if so go to things remembered and have a throw or frame engraved with their wedding info on it. Everyone loves that. They have a web site www.thingsremembered.com

Well if they are moving in with one another ( most likey), then a gift for the home would be nice. Even if u want to go simple remember you are buying for the both of them so a nice picture frame, or maybe even some engraved glasses will work.

Get him something off the registry or a gift card to the location they are registered.
If they aren't registered, a gift certificate to a grocery store, Wal - Mart or a restaurant would be nice

as a joke, bolt cutters with the tag "for the ball and chain" and then something REALLY ugly. But make it seem like u went to so much effort to find etc. Coz u r his sister, he will have to keep it on show, so get an ugly statue that he will hate, but will feel bad about not having out for every time u go to his place you can ask "Where is that beautiful statue i got you? :) yeah, i a lookin forward to my sisters wedding.....
