im 19, 42d boobs, 200 pounds, 5/3 in tall,no kids, what kind of excersizes could i do that would help?

aerobics. you are going to need to loose fat, so i would do some cardio work.
walk
run
treadmill
step
dance
kick box
...something along those lines.

Depending on how much you currently work out, start out slow with walking and eventually getting a few miles in of running per week.

treadmill. Walk 1 hour each day, with changing inclinations every 4 minutes. Many treadmills are programmed for that kind of exercise.

Well I don't know for sure how you would do it but I guess Duck tape would work.
