I dated my ex-boyfriend for one month, but it felt longer cuz we saw each other a lot. After one month, HE ended it saying he was 'busy'. We had a very innocent relationship, no sex cuz he knew that I wanna save myself for marriage. In fact, it never went past kissing. He would still say hi to me on msn even after it was over. It has been almost one year since the break up & i was really surprised when last week he called me & asked me to see hi . He planned the whole thing, (a movie), then he took me home. But I felt kinda hurt when I came home cuz I felt like it was rushed, & it seemed like he didn't wanna be there. When I got home I told him on msn that we don't need to meet up again & I basically said bye forever. He kept saying sorry & I logged out. Then a few days later I went on msn & said sorry. He was fine with it, & told me to "stay in touch" with him. My Question is: why does he wanna see now now after one year?

On the drive home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to see me every once in awhile. Bt he's 25, much more experienced while I'm 21 & he was my first bf. Is he a player & just hoping I'll give in or does he wanna be friends? What's his deal?

I think he want to keep you on the side hoping he can have sex with you if you ever change your mind. He just wants sex. I would cut him off completely. He's keeping you on the side in case he doesn't find anyone better. I know this sounds awful but it is the truth. This kind of happened to me. You will only get hurt if you keep talking to him. I would delete his number and his email from your msn list. Best of luck! I know what it is like. You deserve someone better!

There are many moments in time, eventually the mind grows bored and moves on, leaving them simple memories. I have managed to capture a precious few of the good ones. They come to me in the simple forms of a star speckled sky, a moonlit bay, even the shining eyes of a pet. Sadly, they all too soon loose their luster, leaving us a bit empty. When we remember them, often by a scent or a sound, a voice long unheard, they shine w/ even more brilliance than when we first experienced them. Even if all of the past we have is not beautiful, with these memories the future seems a little less harsh, and the past always seems friendly.
Sometimes we try to cling to what rightfully should be let go, we dissolve into a few fond memories recalled in fleeting now and again. They enter our minds like flying faries that dart here and there, they fill our bodies with a sense of warmth. I havn't decided yet if the practice is right or wrong, or if it gives justice to things gone by and altogether complete, or if it takes away from a future yet unseen. Memories are like fine sacred clothes, woven from the delicate instances of time. To deny them might be denying ones' most intimate self, to dwell too long or be too moved by them might be interpreted as selfish, but I feel they are necesarry.

It sounds as if the young man has feelings for you. He at least respects your virginity and quite possibly is staying in touch until he is ready to make a commitment. As long as he is not pressuring you what is wrong with seeing him on occasion? Are you looking for marriage right now? Why would you feel hurt unless you wanted him to pressure you for more than a date? You need to make up your mind to what you want and be honest with yourself. You come across as confused more about yourself than the young man in question.

Feels weird, I was taught that if it smelled, tasted, or sounded wrong, it was wrong. This guy sounds confused, and yes, a little like he is seeing what your reaction will be, what better way to get to a girl than seeming sweet, Innocent and non threatening, in this case, it sounds threatened, move on sweetie, I think it would be best.

He may wanna be friends.. see men are different from us women! When they break up with a girl they can be friends with that girl, but us women, we get all bitter inside and say, "we can't be friends"..lol

But then I might be giving him the benefit of the doubt, he also may be trying to stick around and see if you gone just say, alright, I'm ready to have sex!!!

My thing would be, if you want to be his friend, be his friend and ONLY his friend!!!

I think he does care about you. I mean he did try to remain in contact with you. Why after a year? well, he has yet to meet anyone ....if you both aren't "busy" try it out.
