they never did before..until a few months ago. very odd. has thhis happened to anyone else? my last name i think is spanish,but i do not speak spanish...

you should contact the bank and let them know they're sending you things in spanish, and tell them that whatever they've sent you needs to be resent in english!

then keep the spanish letters as a memento!

well if you have a bank of america near you, id try to go into one of thee banks and ask them bout it and ask them if theres anything they can do
