right click on the solitaire link on the one user account and go to copy. go to start, my computer, c: drive, documents and settings, all Users, start menu, all programs, games, and paste it into there.
next time you want a link to a program, right click on it from the start menu, and go to "send to: desktop (create shortcut)" this will create a new shortcut on the desktop to the same file without deleting the original

from the administrator account, you should be able to drag the solitaire back to the start menu.
or...click start...go to all programs...put your cursor over games.
right click...
select open.
now...from the admin account, drag solitaire into the games window from the desktop. If you want a shortcut on the desktop, right click solitaire once it's in the games folder again...
select create shortcut.
a copy of solitaire will appear in the folder.... drag this one to the desktop.

Doesn't each user have his/her own account and settings? Do you each log off after each use?
