How does someone register for school without the proper documentation (ie birth certificate and/or SSN card)? If the school district knew or suspected that he was illegal, don't they have a responsibility to report it just as they have a responsibility to report suspected child abuse?

most of them have false papers and stolen s/s #...they deserve to be deported back..its just not fair on honest immigrants who pay alot of money to the goverment in the states and alot of time waiting to get there real papers..not to mention the cost of a blood test and medical exam ..to make sure they carry no desease....so these illegal aliens are entering the states with no medical...no blood test for hiv and other deseases...and live of the honest ppl

Yes, I think so. We know that the only way they can get in is with illegal docs. or stolen identity. That is if they come up with the docs. which should be asked for.
How would they like to have their identity stolen? Not much I think...oh, I forgot. They don't have a good record anyway (rapist?) so who cares huh?

We need to clean out the country of bad people. Deport the illegal and arrest the legal if they are doing these things.

deport them all. they are suppose to report all illegals. if i worked in a school and an illegal came in i would report them.
