Funny you should say that... my wife and I had the same signal when we first married. And it worked good, at least to my advantage..got to hand it to my wife, she kept her side of the deal, even if it meant tugging all night.
But then one day, my wife had surgery and had to sleep in a separate bed, and this made our relationship very rough. It was stretching things just a bit. Her arms just weren't long enough.
Since then, we sleep in separate beds, so I just have to settle for the four times a week routine..
