I eat an apple for breakfast with whole wheat toast. I eat an orange for a snack during the day and I eat about 2 handful of grapes at night. I eat 5-6 small meals a day and at least 8 glasses of water a day. Am I on the right track?

Yes you are on the right track, but the best way to ensure you receive everything you need nutritionally is to eat a VARIETY of fruit. Luckily, fruit is one of those items of which you don't need to buy entire packages... most are available in bulk so you can buy small quantities or even single pieces!

Keep a selection of 7 or more fruits in you fridge and try to change it up every week (watch your store flyers and buy according to what's on sale!). Every once in a while buy a fruit you've never tried before.

There is no fruit you should avoid. Even lemons are find to eat if you can tolerate them. As others mentioned avocados are high in fat and (unlike other fruit) should be eaten in moderation. Try to include a variety of berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries...) and also kiwi which are nutritionally powerhouses!

You're doing great. So many people go for days without eating any fruit at all. More people should follow your example.

To slow the conversion of carbohydrates, you need some protein with each of those meals. A little lean chicken or some nuts like almonds or walnuts are particularly healthy.

I would limit the oranges and grapes. Grapefruit is a better choice than orange. If you are eating grapes, then eat the red ones rather than the white. Red grapes are higher in antioxidants than white. Bananas are good but choose a small banana and not the big ones as these are higher in carbs than other fruits. Avocado is also a fruit, limit this as these are very high in fat content. Cantaloupe and watermelon are very high in antioxidants and water content, without having a very high sugar level and they still satisfy our need for something sweet. Also, choose a small to medium apple, the big ones are too big for a single serving. Pears are good as a change of pace but have a higher sugar content, again pick smaller ones rather than large.

Berries are EXCELLENT, Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries, these all have very high antioxidants and most other berries have good beneficial flavinoids as well.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Only bad fruits I have heard of is rasberries for pregnant women. I do not know why that is. Fruits and Veggies are great and should make up about 2/3 rds or more of your diet. I say everything in moderation is best.

Stay away from Avacadoes they are very high in fat. There are so many fruits that are good for you, The pomegranite is full of anti oxidants and is in season right now. Also the winter citrus crop is coming into full swing. That means that oranges, clementines, tangerines, tangelos, and grapefruit are all at peak quality, and they will be on sale at your local supermarket for the next couple of months.

Grapes do have sugar, but also they have a glucose that is very good for your body. Whole grain bread is way better than the whole wheat one. The size of each meal should be not larger than the palm of your hand.

Yes you are and CONGRATS!!!! There are more people in this world(like my husband) that needs to do what you are doing. Keep up the good work. All fruits are pretty good for you by the way, unless you have allergies to any of them. Keep in ming too many oranges can give you diarrhea. Same with apples.

in case you consume a similar volume of energy, you will out on a similar volume of fat. even however, greater healthy meals contain needed food. case in point, milk could have some energy in, however the nutrition B's interior are greater helpful. (nutrition B helps with the conversion of nutrition to potential, in truth providing you with greater potential from much less nutrition) So case in point, despite if a burger and an Orange have a similar energy, you should continuously take the orange.
