Well if it is an assumption it isn't neccesarily fact, or believable. I think trying to find out what aspects of God is truth and what is not might be like trying to build a house beginning with the roof. A person would be best starting with the belief in God and going from there.

There are plenty to choose from, as you would most certainly already know, as you are Einstein. For example, one assumption would be - why do I assume that God isn't real???
Because no one has ever proved its existence. I haven't seen or met God, so I assume it doesn't exist.
Um, I'm not so sure I understand auxiliary assumption.....

How can one know what's generally believable? Statistics? Badly-framed polls? Well, how can one know there is A god? How can one decide what one believes, or whether it is best to believe what's popularly well received?

Hey, you're on your own! You posit one God & sundry backup opinions? I guess everyone has to decide for themselves. Life-threatening situations tend to polarise peoples' views and you might try bungee jumping for a sneak preview into the only opinion worth holding - yours ; )

It's worth speculating that people enter into marriage with many untested assumptions. Time will tell how they value their courage .

B)The only way one can know the truth about Him is thru His word-The King James bible, thats why He gave it.There is no other way to know about Him,except by the pointing finger of the Holy Spirit at all of His creation!

I believe the Universe and everything in it is imaginary. So what ever nonsense I hear other folks spew out about God is irrelevant. Man created God out of ignorance and fear. I just wish that whoever is imaging us would wake the hell up! I'm tired of this place.

People just believe the assumptions that serve them best and fit in with their pre-existing wishes and ideas about their existence.

Set up a computer program to read ALL 'religious'-texts and see where they agree-and-disagree, find what the 'majority-opinion' works out to be, and that's it-!

Or, You could just 'make-it-up' for Yourself, and still have the same-exact validity as any ONE of those known texts. IMO
