after it's dry, comb through it so that your hair sits in natural sections, then straighten them. after combing you can either mat your hair with a sleek & shine silk product to "wet" down the frizz or just straighten your dry after-shower mane. You need a straightener so just get a Conair for like 10 bucks at any local superstore (wal mart, target...) or borrow one from you sister if you have one or whatever. yea so straightener works. . to Next step: Learn how to use a straightener. Take 1/4 in. x 2 in. pieces at a time and clamp your straightener starting from the roots then out to the ends where the curl is. Linger on the curls at the end a bit or go back over them and watch your hair get straightened.

Be patient, practice and get used to the process of doing your entire mane of hair and soon thereafter you can do it all in a matter of minutes.

Good Luck

it doesn't have to be straight... i think wavy hair on men looks good too. i like men's hair to be unevenly curled, you know, like tom welling's in the show smallville... i'm not sure what you call that hairstyle, but it looks curled in some areas...

my boyfriend has wavy hair, sometimes it looks fine and he can just comb it straight and then others.. oh my, it curls up. He straightens his [a bit strange but it works!]

otherwise, i don't have any suggestions for you. sorry and good luck!

this may sound odd, but when i had hair, i found that a lot of women liked it long and curly.
