The place where you get your piercing done should give you something for free to clean your piercing with. If not, alcohol or peroxide work just fine. Should your piercing become infected after all, go to your doctor and get an antibiotic.

It all depends on who does your piercings I suggest that you go to Claires they give you antibiotics to help take care of them. Never get your ears pierced at a beauty supply store, you might get Kiloys. Thats all I can tell you. Good Luck!

I got my nipples pierced by a friend in 93' and then it wasn't as popular as today and I used BACTINE by Johnson & Johnson every morning or after showing for atleast a year after I had them done. It doesn't burn and it is a kinda soapy anticeptic. It works because now I never have to put anything on them. Except for showereing.

you should make sure that the rings you use are clean. and for the pierced area you'd have to wash it thoroughly with soap and clean water. alcohol can also help in cleaning areas around it.

Clean the peircing daily with alcohol or peroxide. I prefer alcohol myself, I like to feel it working, with peroxide you can't feel much except in a big scrape or something.
