ok, I know you most likely have not, but the person I got my dog from told me it was a German Koolie cross.
I recently posted asking for your guys opinion on what breed he was and the answers were greatly appreciated :). Here's a clearer picture of him then the one I had before, because he look almost totally black in the other one

looks like the dogs in the webpage listed below. i would have called him a border collie, aussie or heeler mix, which pretty much is what the koolie appears to be. thanks, didn't even know of this type of dog.

He could be a mix of anything. Unless you live in an area where Koolies are popular the chances of him being a cross of it is like zero. I would think he could be part border collie, maybe australian kelpie.

Looks like a Border Collie, German Shepherd, Australian Kelpie, and Cattle Dog mix to me. But it could be any of those together.

Go to dogbreedinfo.com and type in german koolie. The one pictured there doesn't look much like you dog though.

I have never heard of them, but he does look like the ones that I found on google.
