I'm 13, I'm about 160 pounds, and I'm 5' 4'' tall. I'm supposed to weigh this much, considering my height. But I need to lose about 8 pounds off my stomach. I HATE the Atkins diet, (your brain NEEDS carbs or you WILL die) I don't want pills, and I hate any veggies that are considered "greens." I love fruit and carrots, and I'm open to any ideas. Does anyone know what healthy exercises I could do and diet(s) I could go on to lose this fat off my stomach? I don't wanna be anorexic or throw up in the bathroom or any of that, and I can be very commited to something once I start it. Can you PLEASE help me?

Make sure you eat a variety of healthy foods. As for the workout do cardio(atleast 45-60 minutes) and crunches. If you don't like running try walking, taebo or even dancing to the radio can help you lose weight. I hope that helped.
