You need to figure out your long-term goal: what is it that you want? What do you need to do to get there?
You undoubtedly have as an (un)expressed goal to have at least a certain grade. Doing your homework, as you know, is one of those things that you need to do to achieve that goal. So, by choosing the computer over your homework, what is it that you are actually choosing? Are you choosing to be successful in reaching your goal? Of course not. So what are you ultimately choosing by choosing the computer instead of doing your homework? Failure.
So, what's more important to you: success or failure? You decide which one and follow through.

don't worry about it. do your myspace thing. chat all night. exchange photos. download music. watch u-tube. look up articles about beauty creams. then, when you continue to flunk out, you'll be a drain on the rest of society and the only computer you'll be able to use will be the one in the unemployment office. but by that time you won't care because you'll be so strungout on some drug(s) to hide the subconscious shame you feel for not being the person you wanted to be. but you'll know some stuff, like what the funniest internet video was in 2007, the most downloaded song of 2007, the hottest car. and best of all, you'll be numb to everything. you'll be on that line between rock and vegetable. pretty cool. - now seriously folk, just do your dang homework.

Set a time-table and try as much as you can to stick to it.
First you make it less for homework, more on computer, then gradually less and less for computer and more and more for homework.
For example 5hrs daily on computer, 1 hr daily on homework for the first week
3hrs computer, 2hrs homework - second week
2hrs computer, 3hrs homework - 3rd week
1 hour computer,5hrs homework - 4th week.
Takes a lot of will-power and determination. But try it and respect the periods you've set out for each even if you've recalled something that you must check out on computer.
It works. Try it.
Good luck.

Disconnect your internet connection or turn off your wireless modum. The computer becomes a very boring instrument for the most part without internet access and if you have uninstalled any games you have on it.
Good Luck!!!

It's all will power. It takes several steps to use a computer to do your hw, so with every simple step...like even just turning it on, think to yourself, "What are you doing???" Then, turn it off. Try not to think about the computer AT ALL. And, try doing your hw where you won't be tempted to use a computer...such as another room, or even at school. Hope this helped!
