I know there has been a K1 vs PRIDE fc.
Also recall UFC Japan being close.

The UFC made a bid to buy Pride, so it isn't impossible to see Pride fighters start to make their way over to the US. They've already taken CroCop away from Pride and bought out the WEC aquiring Rampage Jackson. If Pride continues to have financial problems (they lost their tv contract), I wouldn't be surprised to see Pride fighters branch out to new leagues. Fedor is fighting Jeff Monson in a Bodog event. The UFC champs have a great shot at all of Pride's champions (except Tim Sylvia). I personally would like to see this interleague card:

CroCop v. Fedor Emelianenko
Arlovski v. Antonio Rodrigo Nogiera
Tim Sylvia v. Aleksander Emelianenko
Liddell v. Shogun Rua
Anderson Silva v. Dan Henderson
GSP v. Gomi
Tito Ortiz v. Antonio Rogiero Nogiera
Babalu v. Ricardo Arona
Brandon Vera v. Alister Overeem
Matt Hughes v. Gono

I give this 10 hugs! ma wrote one the other day that spoke to me on an intuitive level. Deep as if connected I felt her poem. I know this poem and wish I could have come up with the tools you used to deliver it- I love the way you chose the dictionary, calendar, well meaning and future hope. I really don't think some people will ever feel the realization of deeper understanding. This leaves me with remembering the grief that I am truly alone because nothing and no one can at times make it better. My spirituality is the only porthole and even then because I am not perfect, I doubt. I know I've "gone off" from where this lead but lol that is me. BTW- Love the last line so very much.

You PRIDE nuthuggers are all retarded, It would be awesome to see Pride vs UFC just to shut you guys up. If there was to be collaberation I think the match-ups might look something like this.

LW- BJ Penn vs Takanori Gomi (BJ already beat him via RNC)
WW- George St. Pierre vs ??? (not 1 PrideFC fighter in the top 10)
MW- Anderson Silva vs Paulo Filho (would be a great fight cant really give to either guy)
LHW- Chuck Liddell vs Wanderlei Silva (Again another tough match-up to close to call)
HW- Either Tim Sylvia or the UFC's latest addition Mirko Cro Cop vs Fedor Emelianenko

Everyone wants to see Fedor/CroCop II so another match to close to call and Big Tim vs Fedor would also be to close to call, now of course all you MMA keyboard warriors are gonna say that fedor would take Tim to school but you are wrong, I hate Tim as a fighter but he has a great size/reach advantage and dispite him having boring fights he is in fact very good at "not losing" He also has the camp and potential to be the best HW of all time, I think that fight would be just as close as CroCop/Fedor, but I cant wait to see CroCop/Timmy because we all know its going to happen in 2007.

So anyways lets break this down. Pride vs UFC, 5 fights and you only need 3 to win, I see LW and WW division going to the UFC and Id put my money on Chuck Liddell and Anderson Silva so I would have to say that UFC would come out on top. Plus eventually the UFC is just gonna buy Pride anyways so we'll find out then

Ufc signed Cro Cop, so they wouldn't get embarassed with fighters like Cro Cop, Chuck Liddell, Anderson Silva, and George St Pierre. That is the best group of fighters in the world. That would be a great card though. Cro Cop vs. Fedor, Liddell vs. W Silva, A Silva vs. Dan Henderson, and GSP vs. Gomi.

I could be entirely wrong....but i thought i heard UFC bought pride. I did an internet search and saw nothing about it though. I ordered the last UFC fight and kept passing out so i might've dreamed something up. Man UFC is getting almost as bad as boxing.

UFC does have a few fighters who could hold their own, but PRIDE is so dominate. They are better fighters and meaner. Pride would definitely take over.

na, UFC doesnt want to get embarrassed, think about it, if UFC loses and they will, wtf is the point of having them around? and PRIDE would completely take over
