I wanted to know what God did for you last year. What he did for me was let my fmaily stay in Paris. And helped me get into the school I'm in. What did he do for you?

God helps us in so many ways, sometomes we just don't realize it.

Hope You Answer!

Considering what I've been through God has done a lot. He has loved me, comforted me, given me a lot of reasons to get up in the morning. He has given me joy in the midst of sorrow, laughter in the midst of pain, faith when all seemed lost, hope when there seemed like there was nothing left to hope for, and gave me a new friend when I felt alone. In 2006, I broke my wrist and I am an artist, so I couldn't work, had no med insurance, had two surgeries, lost my home, my mother died, and I am still dealing with all of it.
However, the Lord is in the midst of it all like I said, in every-step of the way. I'm not afraid because He comforts and guides me.
Each new day is a day that the Lord has made, and I will be glad and rejoice in it!

A year ago right now, my vehicle was totalled; my plans for moving to Savannah, GA were on hold; I was laid up in a full leg cast with a broken leg, & no job.
I now have a new vehicle, I not only got my old job back, but I was promoted to Assistant Manager, as well! I made some wonderful friends in the whole process of finally moving down to Savannah & then back to NY again...& in 3 weeks, I'm travelling with those friends to both Israel & Jordan.

Paris Peep, 2006 was a bad year, but new beginnings are bound to have a bad start. I'd say the best thing God did for me is give me the courage to spring out of my rut.

BTW, I am very happy about your family and your situation. That is great!

In November, my husband and son were in a bad traffic accident. The car they were driving in was hit by a 12 ton dump truck and sandwiched between several other cars. God performed a miracle, he let my husband and son walk away without a scratch. The car was totaledm the trunk of that car no longer exists and the front was all smashed in also.

Now I have a new car, but more importantly, I still have the people I love in my life.

He showed me the root of anxiety attacks and high blood pressure is connected. God told me to quit taking the medication.

I had that breakthrough early on in February. Also, when I was obedient and did what I believed God led me to do, even though I had an anxiety attack, God gave me a vision of Him putting a crown on my head and hearing, "I give you a crown of courage for saying what you did to ...". I had the anxiety attack, but God called me courageous anyway. I sure didn't think I was courageous. But what matters is what God thinks. The anxiety attack happens if I had been wounded spiritually / emotionally in the same situation in the past. It helped me also to write anxiety topics on yahoo ?s / Answers in addition to emails to friends & family, etc... At first, I could have anxiety & shake just typing it, if there was wounding in the past on it. But now, much healing has happened in this.

I found my church in April and my husband got saved in May.

I came out of the gym where I work out and my car was absolutely plastered with bird poop. I remembered that we are to be thankful for all things so I stood next to my car and thanked God for the bird poop. On my way from the gym to work I pulled into the car wash. Right after I pulled into the car wash there was an accident at the intersection where I would have been had I not pulled into the car wash.

Well, I don't know if I'd consider being stuck in Paree a real big blessing. But I guess if that's what floats your baguette...

God blessed me this year simply by letting me live another year in health with my family. I took lovely trips and learned a lot about myself and my world this year. But most of all I'm just glad to have my family and health.

Well, he found help for me on a long-standing issue, and gave me a wonderful group of women who are all Christians to get together with.
