If a person is about 5'4 Ft, and weighs about 150, is he overweight?

It really depends on how much of that weight is muscle and how much of that weight is fat. Apparently that's the average height and weight of women now. Although it IS a little overweight if that person isn't muscular. I myself am the same height, except i weigh 116 pounds. At 5'4 , one should probably sit between 110 and 130 or so.... check on a BMIchart.

It's not so much about how much you physically weigh that determines if you are overweight or not. I think it's how you feel about yourself and feeling healthy. How much body fat do you have, are you very mucular? Are you big or small boned? There are many factors that determine a person's weight, so ask yourself.... how do I feel about my weight and am I a healthy? If you're healthly and you feel good each day, that's what is important, It's not about the # on the scale.
