Seriously, employ some flirting techniques so he's sure you are interested such as:
Touching his forarm
Twirling your hair
biting your lower lip
Also, a way to get a guy to realize you want to go out with him, and also helps him ask you in case he's insecure is to mention offhandedly something you want to do. . .for ex: Oh I saw previews for the movie XXX, I'm hoping to go see that when it comes out." If he's interested, and halfway smart, he'll pick up that it's a perfect time to ask you out.

good things to do are when youre with a group of friends, propose a group thing. and flirt him into joining. thats not asking him on a date. thats asking him to hang with friends. and if you want to make it a date, talk your friends into bailing ship and be like, "uhh... you still wanna see that movie? ive been dyin to see it but i dont want to go alone.... and everybody bailed!" thats not askin him on a date. thats askin him to keep the plans. or you could just be around him more often. flirt, be a girl. get him interested. then when he asks you on a date, so okay... but cancel the next day. say youve got a family thing, even if you dont. thisll make him want to egt you on that date. guys dont like being shot down... so when you shoot them down it makes them try even harder. ;-)

Well, shower with herbal essence shampoo and conditioner. Shave your legs and armpits. Use lotion that smells like roses. Curl yer hair and where a denim mini skirt and a v neck white sweater. dont forget to pluck your eye brows! Then, switch yer hips when you walk. -pink lip gloss is a must.

hint at him.......or you can ask him out but a better way...just be like me ans some friends are gunna go get some pizza later..u wanna join..and if he goes talk to him ask him about basic things..dont talk about sex..it makes him feel like wow..dont you wanna get know me..it doesnt seem like this but its true..and if he starts getting touchy touchy and ur comfortable..it may be a sign that he likes you..

why dont you try to be his friend first, know each other likes & dislikes and when he realise you are good to him, and you care a lot, im sure,he'll ask you out!
or try to show motives! but if you dont want to do the first move, well i guess you have to wait.

look cute, smell good, and be irrisistable and sexy. let him see he is missing out. and if he wants you that bad and STILL cant ask you out... then you just need to move on and find a real man.
