One time she says I shouldn't worry and that she wouldn't do anything to ruin our relationship and then the next time she tells me how tempted she was to meet them and that I should be proud of her for being honest and telling me about the call. I have a problem that she was even tempted at all. She admits that if women called me the way her "friends with benefits" call her that she would be very upset and not trust me. I am intelligent and a realist and see the red flags but I think she is just scared of commitment and she might be testing me to see if she can scare me off. We are both 40+ and have been married twice. Not new to the ways of the world.

is she worth worrying about?

are you planning on marrying her or are you together so that neither of you will be alone?

in days gone past some women would think that you didn't love them if you didn't protest a little when the other guys call and some would even expect you to read them (the girls) the riot act.

no one ever said that a relationship was an easy thing, it takes work.

she may be trying to get some romance out of you, or she really meant it when she told her ex's, "cant we remain friends?"

You are 40+ and you are asking this question? I'm freaking embarassed to be almost half your age and telling you to get your head out of your a-ss. So, you going for a 3rd divorce? If so marry this psycho. Yeah, you should have a problem that she was tempted at all. Then again, maybe she wants you to be part of a gang-bang, who the hell knows! The only thing for sure is she's one crazy bytch. Good luck!

She is over fourty years old but acting like a toddler. If it bothers you, then just tell her: go ahead and meet him..and oh..by the way, im meeting an ex-fling of mine tomorrow nite for dinner. She is a really nice woman, but dont worry, we dont have anything going on now. Give her the taste of her own medicine.
She shouldnt say that you should be proud that she is 'honest' to you. In relationship, you are supposed to be open to each other anyway.

Yes, I'd be worried and you have every right to be! Sounds like a double standard going on. You should only be okay with it if it's okay with her that your past flames contact you. If it's not okay with her, then she shouldn't continue her behavior. I think she's being selfish, which is not a good way to start any relationship let alone any marriage (and you both have been married twice, that should say enough). If you don't like any one behavior before marriage, you won't like it after marriage. You have now to make your right choices before you make another mistake.

If it makes you feel uncomfortable let her know. Maybe it is just a test. Do you need to be tested?. Let her know that you love her and you prefer not to have other guys calling her. If that don't work then ask to meet these other guys, this will work in your favor as they see she has a steady guy. Once the see you in the picture they will pursue other women and you have done nothing wrong.

I think that is just wrong. Especially that she makes it known that she slept with them. And it's not fair that she wouldn't act the same way if you were doing what she is doing. It sounds like she is purposely trying to make you jealous and that is wrong. You seem like a very decent man, there are alot of good women out there that don't play games like that, go find one.

She's keeping her options open. Those other guys are all on deck and you're up to bat. If you strike out, one of them is stepping up.

You don't need that extra stress added to your relationship. Kick her to the curb and find the woman you deserve and one good enough to deserve you. If your girlfriend wants to keep her options open so badly, then the whore can open her legs to do so.

Yes, you should worry, unless she's the type who just enjoys making you jealous. Either way, not a good situation.

I don't think it's healthy to be in this relationship. And if you're going to be in the relationship there has to be some level of honesty, communication and trust the fundamentals to every sucessful relationship.
Best of luck
And be sure to voice your feelings

well if shes scared of commitment, is that ok for her going off and screwing her x-men? Doesnt justify it, from my point of view. Maybe u should sit down and have a serious talk with her.
