Okay, first things first: 5'8" and 138 lbs is NOT fat. If anything, it's skinny. You do not need to lose weight.

If you're concerned about your eating habits, ditch the junk food and snack on fruits & veggies instead.

Bone fractures should not be an issue unless you're not taking care of yourself. Be sure that you're getting enough calcium in your diet to make your bones strong--drink plenty of milk, eat other dairy products like yogurt and cheese, eat leafy greens like spinach, and consider taking a calcium supplement. (I assume you're a girl--most young women do not get enough calcium in their diets!)

Cheerleading I can't help you with. Do what makes you happy!

Get Eat More, Weigh Less by Dean Ornish, M.D. He shows how you can eat all you want and lose weight! The trick is in what you eat. By the way, 138 lbs at 5'8" does not sound fat!
