I'm sorry that you feel that way, but most dentists ARE honest...most people just feel that they know what is best for them, so they do not listen. Studies show that the majority of people do not take a dentist or dentist's appointment as seriously as a regular medical doctor. It is a shame because your oral health is just as important, if not more important in some instances than your overall medical health. Besides, I feel that the fact that you believe that a Vietnamese dentist is your end-all be-all is just ridiculous. Get a 2nd opinion, but don't count dentists of any ethnicity out.

How come only Vietnamese dentist only? Dentist are Dentist. They still 'repair teeth".
Anyway, if it's about money, since when is dental treatment is cheap. I had a root canal once and cost me about 600 bucks.
and they did a great job.

WHY LIMIT YOURSELF TO ANY PARTICULAR ETHNICITY?
DENTISTS LIKE CAR MECHANICS OR ANY OTHER PROFESSION CAN BE EITHER HONEST OR NOT. THE BEST WAY FOR YOU TO GO IS OBTAIN SOME GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GOOD DENTISTS FROM OTHER PROFESSIONALS.
