Is it wrong for me to be 3 years older than my boyfriend? You see I don't know what to do, b/c he's dad doesn't like me b/c of me being 3 years older than my boyfriend. What should I do? His dad scares me b/c of him not approving of me. Should I break up with him b/c of his dad not approving of me? What should I do? Please Help!! I'm afraid to call b/c of his dad, and he doesn't have a cell. Also, his dad only allows him 15 minutes on the phone if I do decide to call him, which isn't very often. HELP!!

i do not think that u should break up with him if you love him. What if he was the one older than u ...would it make a difference then. I think that girls have to stop worryig about the age difference..people do not say much when the guy is older. Let the dad be he might change over time i do not think that u can do anything about that

so okay. girls date older guys 24/7. come on... his dad is probably stuck in the past. if youve been dating this kid for a while and really care about him, sit down and talk to his dad. or ask him to talk to his dad about the double standards. girls are expected to date older. guys to date older. but when the roles are switched society flips. and really... does age matter these days? you see 19 yr old girls walkin down the aisle with 40 or 50 somethin geezers. not that i dont say "git r done" to the old guys, but really... so talk... try to make his dad see youre not a she devil!

Honey, It depends on how old you are and your boyfriend. If he is under age then I agree with his father. If he isn`t underage than he should have a backbone and tell his father that he wants a relationship with you and take it from there. The only reason you should be afraid of his father and that is if you are messing around with a minor. GOOD LUCK

If his Dad is calling the shots then there is little that you can do. The younger you are the greater the differences in ages. Girls naturally mature faster than boys. He should call you if it's hard for you to call him.

If your name is Courtney, who you think is your boyfriend is not your boyfriend. He is totally cheating on you with someone much hotter. His dad totally loves her too. He just doesn't wanna break your heart is why he is playing along. He has a cell to. He only uses it to call his real girlfriend. If your name is not Courtney totally disregard that and good luck.

No age doesn't matter and you know what TAKE A STAND tell his dad "No need to be rude but you are rude to me because of my age wipa-de-dooda I'm three years older age doesn't matter I love your son and you can't stop me from loving him!" or you can ask his dad this question and he will be like omg what do i say ask him this "Why do you hate me?" trust me! :D it works! I am sure you know that babysitting pays below minimum wage. It sounds like this is what you are in. He does not have a cell phone? is he 10? look, why don't you date someone your own age or older? I mean REALLY, this is ridiculous, don't you think?

depends.. how odl is your boyfriend? if he's 17 or 18 or older then its fine. sometimes if your a senior in highschool it doesnt matter either because your both in highschool... his dad is a dick and will always be a dick if he doesnt like you now... pretty much the same thing happend to me with my ex. her father found out i was 2 years older then his daughter and then threatend to put a restraining order on me because he didnt approve of me dating her. we still hang out tho
