Usually, but to be honest...not EVERY night. But I try to remember to floss MOST nights.

Yes - every day! It can be tough to get in the habit, though. My Mom raised us as flossers...she said that if we were sitting on our butts watching TV, we could also be flossing. So, we always had floss right next to the couch. I still keep it there, and floss daily. My dentist is really impressed with the health of my teeth.

humorous to ask now, I purely flossed. and that i never floss. I brushed my tooth & discovered something nevertheless caught in between my tooth so I flossed - Very uncommon of me to floss, very almost as quickly as in a existence time.

No. I brush though like there is a tooth brushing Olympic event going on in my mouth every morning.

Of corse!! you want to have health teeth.. but a couple of days with out doing it wont hurt you.

i do, and i have braces so it's such a pain to use the threaders, but i do it while i watch tv, so it's not that bad haha
