The "you rock my world" part is kind of funny and takes the seriousness of the statement away. But if you had a straight face on and held her hand then she probably believed you. But it really depends on the girl.

It depends on how long we've been in a relationship. You can't say that to someone you hardly know. She will think you are desperate. Take your time and make sure you have found the right person.
