They are great for nutrition and are a fine source of protein too. The only problem is that they are constipating so don't overdose on them.

I was doing the Weight Watchers Core Program and hardboiled eggs were on the list of Core Foods- meaning that I could eat as many of them as I needed to feel satisfied without counting points. Of course a balanced diet, moderation, and portion control is the key to losing weight. Hard boiled eggs was one of my favorite snacks while I was losing weight.

yes You can include the yolks if doctor allows it and if you are cutting back on starches -bread rice potatoes etc. It is a "perfect" food. A real hunger immunization-fat+protein You wont get the munchies anytime soon.

Stick with the egg whites. Loads of protein without the fat.

I guess they would be they are all protein and they may save you from going out in public and binge eating due to flatulence.

they are a good way to get some protein with no fat added in cooking them. stick to eggwhites if you do not want the fat.

yes they are ,as long as you dont eat more than 3 a week

I think so: There wouldn't be any grease in them, and the only salt there is is what you put on them.
