Here are some of the tips I have on test days.
1. understand the driving conditions. (try choosing a time with light traffic)
2. familar with route. ( you would be more confortable when taking test.
3. visualise the test. ( this would help you calm you nerves)
4. get rid of distruction (i.e. handphone, radio. for new driver it would be better if you are not multitasking )
5. greet tester ( hopefully you would get on his good side.)
6. be presentable (again get on his good side.)
7. reherase you routine ( check mirror, blind spot etc....)
Well it is not a sure pass but I think it would increase you chances.
