how do i get out of safe mode

Restart the system. If it still comes up in safe mode, restart again, and after the POST, press F8: This will bring up a startup menu that will allow you to select several options, including safe mode, normal and command prompt, etc. Select NORMAL and see if it will start. If it won't you've probably got some corrupt drivers or a virus of some kind.

When you Restart, you will be back in normal mode, however, your icons are probably all over the place. It's annoying, but there doesn't seem to be anything we can do. Just drag your icons back where you want them.

you should be able to just turn off your compter waitm bout 10 seconds and turn it back on and it should load back to normal windows
