Any diet or sugar free substance has artifical sweeteners called Aspertame. if you look on all sugar free products 9 out of 10 you will find the word "aspertame" which scientifically has found that when consumed enough of this it kills brain cells.

My science teacher did a study, fed only one rat with aspertame and one a regular diet and the aspertame rat became more aggressive then he had been. Scary stuff.

Diet soda contains no sugar...it contains artificial sweeteners. Regular soda contains sugar or corn syrup. If you are trying to choose a diet soda, try one that is sweetened with Splenda..it tastes the most like sugar. My favorite diet soda is Diet Dr. Pepper. It tastes the most like the original sugar filled version. Do keep an eye on the sodium content of the diet sodas and other diet products though. This can be alarming. Hope this helps you. : )

Diet soda contains aspartame which turns into formaldehyde when it enters the bloodstream. Formaldehyde is pumped into dead bodies to act as a preservative.

Sweet sodas contain high fructose corn syrup which hardens the liver the way drinking alcohol does. It also increases your appetite by interfering with your brain's ability to know when the stomach is full. You will eat and eat and won't know why you can't be filled up. This in turn makes you feel tired, so you'll just lay around and get fat.

Regular soda contains sugar. Diet soda contains no sugar but has instead aspartame, Splenda, saccharin or some other artificial sweetener. Regular soda has lots of calories; diet soda has none.

How does life and death sound? Although sodas with sugar can make you over weight they will seldom kill or Mame you.

There are 92 bad things that can happen to you by ingesting aspartame (nutra-sweet) stay clear of it like the plague, and diabetics should NEVER use it! If aspartame had been tested as a drug it would never have been allowed to be used for human consumption.

If you doubt what I am saying please read the information on the sites below and decide for yourself. After reading if you wish to continue using aspartame products please do so. You have been properly warned.

regular has concatrated syrup that is a artifical sugar made to make things taste nice and sweet. and diet has what every one says natural sugar, but they don't use those anymore these days for some unreasonable reason so i think they still use that artifical one and also in a diet coke they have this ingridient that actually helps you... get cancer. i have no clue why in the world they would ever add that ingrediet, but yea, im not the one drinking it! anyways i would suggest neither kind. just my own opinion that no one has toreally listen to. lol.
