I promised her I wouldn't tell but I'm scared she's going to get into trouble because she's reckless. My boyfriend knows about her man but the rest of her family isnt aware of the guy and won't ever approve.

I think you should do whatever you feel is the right decision you should make. I know if it was my daughter, I would want you to say something. You might also try and talk to her and let her know the dangers of sleeping around. Pregnancy is the least of her worries now days. There are diseases that she might contact and never be able to get rid of.

Best thing I can think of now it is a two steps process: first, tell her that her brother knows and that she needs to tell her family before things go crazy and confront them both to explain to them how do you really feel and how she should tell the rest of the family. Good Luck!

Instead of telling your boyfriend and possibly causing more harm then good, try talking to the mother instead. If that is out of the question, talk to your mother, and ask for advice on how you should handle this. Its possible you mother will go with you to talk to your boyfriend mother, or go by herself, then it is not all on you.

if you believe truly that she is in complete danger, then yes you should tell, but not to prevent her from doing something reckless. if she makes a mistake then she should have to reap the consequences. take care and good luck.

If you are concerned for her health/safety then tell her PARENTS, not her brother. Her brother can't do anything to change her behavior. It's not his job, it is however her parents job.

Better give them a heads up on the situation and then butt out of the situation.
