Most sparkling juices can be bought in a store-otherwise, add a fizzy drink like ginger ale or club soda to the juice.

Uh...you don't make it you retard hubby! You buy it. Okay...well maybe you aren't retarded just quite special when it comes to "the kitchen". I love you honey, and appreciate your attempt at fulfilling my request for sparkling white grape juice, but come on baby, think about it. It is available in the local grocery store in the alcoholic drink mix section. It comes in a bottle like wine. Usually Welch's is the best. Just an additional pointer, my dear. : ) I love you! I think you would be better off buying it.
However I think you could get some frozen white grape juice concentrate (I like the one mixed with peach) and add club soda to it. Sprite, seven-up or ginger ale if you want to go wild.
