Your question made me cry. I know exactly what you mean. You need to see a doctor for counseling and pills. I know you don't want to. Take it from someone who has been depressed their whole life and almost commited suicide, it helps. No one deserves to feel this way. You need to look at what makes you most depressed and overcome. I know you won't belive me but I know what hopless and undescribable feeling your going through. I know that even this advice won't help you but please take it.

it's called depression. I was majorly depressed from age 6 to 25. It;s really a matter of brain chemistry, and there are now some therapies, drugs and health choices that can help. Here's what I've tried:
therapy (it's essential you see a doc you trust NOW)
accupuncture
SSRIs
physical activity
diet changes

It's hard to get started on these changes, but totally worth it when it works.
Good luck!

Go see your medical doctor and tell him/her what you're feeling. He/she will probably prescribe medication and refer you to a psychologist. GO.

The meds will help in the interim, but you really need to sit down and talk to someone who will help you sort out WHY you feel this way, and WHAT you can do to make yourself feel better. There is no quick fix. It is stepping stones. You just need to take one step. Just one. It's not easy, but it is WAY easier than feeling how you are feeling now.

I've been there. I know.
