simple as it is, it tastes delicious:
3 - 4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
12 oz chilled 7-Up® soda
Stir ingredients together in a collins glass, and serve.
Tropical Dream
takes a bit more work but it is SOOO good.
1 oz Malibu® mango rum
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz 99 Bananas® banana schnapps
1 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup
Combine all ingredients (except grenadine) together over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Float grenadine on top, and serve.

this is coming from a professional bartender and without giving you any crazy ingredients to go out and buy.
When you go to a bar and the bartender asks you what you would like to drink ask for a "Blue Hawaiian" this drink consists of 11/2 oz. shot of Malibu or coconut rum 1 oz. of blue curacao and fill with pineapple juice. shake twice and strain into a glass filled with ice. garnish with a pineapple slice on the side of the glass and coconut flakes on top. Drink and enjoy.

Coke is good. Or if you like pineapples, try getting a can of pineapples and replacing the juice in the can with mailbu....let it sit in the fridge for a day or two so that the malibu can soak in to the pineapple, then enjoy :-)

This would be good in a pina-colada since it is coconut flavored rum
