They are the same thing. Ask a psychiatrist. Mental wards are filled with people who believe they are Jesus Christ or the Virgin Mary.

Are you talking about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? Like what Soldiers get after battle or people after a traumatic car crash?

Or are you speaking of "psychics?"
