how do you get microsoft spread sheet to stop rounding numbers off?

my mother is using microsoft spreadsheet for her busines it was working fine and she changed something (not sure what) but now it rounds all numbers off is there a way to set it back to the original way it was so as not to round everything off?

she needs to go in format numbers.. and set it to 2 decimal places..

just go into help (format numbers) it will show her
