get a keygen from a torrent. Any codes posted on the web will not work for you unless your VERY lucky.
search demonoid for nero and get the keygen that comes with the program.

If you have a burner and it is powered by Nero, and if it is a legitimate copy, the key should have been on a sticker on the CD sleeve.
