I've conducted a non-scientific, face value study in my city and adjoining military base after the sabotage of a paper from the county health office with regional birth statistcs and demographics and my own observation. The overwhelming majority of people (73%) with more than 3 kids were on welfare, food stamps and various other types of government assistance. Average income as less than $32,000 per year. Level of education: 42% of mothers or fathers were high school dropouts.
Then it seems the more educated have fewer kids, about 1.5 less actually was the mean (on average 1 or 2 kids). They made more money on average however, and the percentage on public assistance was about 19%.
I myself am sub-fertile, college educated, and together my husband and I make a nice combined yearly income. It seems per my general observation that many people in my area having babies are unable to care for them and are generally ghetto and ignorant.
Is God weeding us out?
