ok, my friend is about to go out with this guy that i have liked for over a year. i mean i am in love with this guy. he is everything to me. i have liked him forever.plus i went out with him before. my friend has always said that she would never go out with him. she has always said that he is a player and that i diserve better than him. now she is about to go out with him. she asked me do i care and i said no cuz i dont want her to be mad at me. plus i dont think that they will go out for very long anyway. but she says that he said that he is looking for a long relationship and that he wants this one to last. i dont know if it is true but i dont know why they would go out for a long time because he has never liked her and she has never liked him before. i know that we dont go out but it still feels like that i should have a say in whether they go out or not. i dont want her to know that i dont want her to go out w/ him but i really dont. what should i do?

(lol)...Um..well..i'm sorry to say this. She asekd your permission...so..you kinda put yourself in this situation? You gotta be honest with yourself as well as your friends. On another note..she should've known not to even start liking him to begin with. She doesn't sound like a very trusting friend to be hanging around with, if you let her do this to you (walking over you) then what else is she gonna do?

Try talking to her, say you didn't "think" it would bother you but that it does and you wish she would leave him to keep ya'lls friendship strong. If she doesn't stay your friend over a guy don't sweat the load..cause..someone like that doesn't usually stay your friend for long.

Talk to her, talk to him..maybe you can convince him that he isn't right or that ya'lls friendship is at stake.

All I can say is try...drama like that can really mess with things.

Okay.. you like this guy, but you tell your friend it's okay to date him because you don't think they'll date long. That entire thing right there says you need to grow some balls and go for what you want. But then again, you said you dated him before, and now you're not dating. So what happened? Someone didn't like the relationship, and it probably would work out the exact same way again.

Talk to her about how you feel. If you like him a lot maybe you should tell her. I mean if she gets mad it is not really your fault if she has been saying that she would never go out with him. Get the information straight and if you still dont want them gpoing on well you can't do a lot except when they break up maybe you can go out with him.

It sure makes a person wonder if she is a true friend. Some make it a game to get their friends boyfriends/girlfriends. How about writing her a note and telling her how hurt you are. It is hurt and not anger. If she does it one more time, drop her as a friend because she is trouble. Write her.

Be truthful to your friend and tell her how you are feeling and remember never let a guy come b/w you and ruin your friendship, it's not worth it. Guys will come and go in your life but if you are truly good friends, your friendship will last for years. Is this guy really worth jeopardizing your friendship?

Let your friend know how u really fell & that u don't feel right about it. If she's a true friend she'll understand & u should mean more to her. Men come & go true freinds do not

Tell him how you feel. If you don't and they stay together you will lose your chance. If you think you are in love with him then you can't let him go like that.

Skip the drama. Date whoever you want to and don't try to be possessive of people.
