First of all, what would be the point? Secondly, the Bible didn't deny that the Egyptian Magicians could do it, it even says they did. What happened though is that Moses' snake ate the others, proving itself more powerful. The Egyptian Magicians were done from evil sources, again which God does tell us absolutely exists and warns us to stay away from. So let it be know that Al mighty God does exist and unfortunately in this world even today, so does Satan!
You say that the Egyptians didn't worship Satan? Call it what ever you want, it still stems from Satan. If anyone is worshiping anyone but God himself, the God of Israel, the God of Abraham, God the creator, then they are worshiping Satan my means of deception.

Did it do any good for Pharoe? No. Would it mean anything to you? No. God himself could come down from heaven and pimp-smack every single atheist at once and tell you "I AM REAL" in a very loud, very angry voice, but I doubt it would affect you for more than an hour. MAYBE you would then acknowladge his existance, but I doubt you would acknowladge his Word or his Son. I am going to start praying harder for atheists, and for the Holy Spirit to move through this land and reveal God's glory to out out of control society before we further provoke God's wrath.

This an easy answer.
A person would need to be pure of Heart to do this and in a way it Glorify God. Just like healing a person for REAL, not some mumbo-jumbo to get people's money.
