when you dye ur hair a bright color, is it normal to have dye comin out of ur hair everytime yu wash yur hair? EVEN with shampoo that supports colored hair? because, i dont wnt my BRIGHT red hair to b fadedd T__T and does that mean the color will come out soon?? =[

Well, since you said red, it is normal. I dyed my hair red last summer and my hairdresser warned me before hand that it would be very bright at first and then fade because the color washes out a bit. But, if it is going on for a very long period--I'd say over a week--it may not be normal. Of course that also depends on the product that you used to dye it with.

I dye my hair once a month, a light to med brown, & I'll have dye on my towel for 1-2 shampoos after. Don't seem to notice it fading or washing out that fast. Depends on the dye. The cheaper ones will go fast though. Keep using shampoo & cond. for color treated hair.

For the first couple of days..maybe. Depends if you didnt wash it out very well the first time. It is recommended that when you dye your hair you should shampoo and condition for 15 mintues. You probubly didn't get it all out.

your hair was lighter before right? Red is the hardest to keep. It is normal for it to shampoo some out, it will get lighter and lighter .
