If by quince you mean a quincenera, then plan it all out as if it was a wedding (except you're not getting married.) You'll need lots of guests, fifteen guys (one for each year, traditionally used as escorts), music, and a light-colored dress (much like a wedding dress). You'll also want to have lots of food (try to choose the menu based on how many guests and on the cost) and a big cake, preferrably a white one that says something along the lines of "feliz quince". If you plan on having the party at your house, you're probably going to have to deviate from the traditional quincenera, which is held in a ballroom or something of the kind, and cut the guest list short. Also, the party is traditionally held after a religious service commemorating the event, so if you plan on doing that, make sure to include some kind of small item as a "thank you for coming, and don't ever forget about this day" thing.
