Okay, if you're looking for some natural laxatives.....and I'm talking "natural" and not processed foods or other juices, then you could consider:

1. Psyllium Seed - Psyllium seeds are a good source of natural fiber.

2. Flaxseed - Flaxseed is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, and it aids with constipation because of the fiber content.

3. Papaya - The papaya fruit has certain enzymes that make it a digestive aid.

4. Senna - Senna is one of the most potent herbal laxatives known.

Hope that helps,

Apple Cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) in a cup of water. Sip this. It will be quite sour to the taste! This also will settle loose stools when the stomach acid level is "off" and settle a stomach ache. This comes from "The Herb Lady" who travels around the USA.. Have a great day.

Natural laxatives, prunes is the first one to come to mind, and it is an effective one. Others: dry beans, chic peas, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, corn, all bran cereal, and the best one is Fiber One cereal.

Aloe vera juice is a good laxative. I have used this for constipation. Also, fiber is a good laxative, even though it is not really considered natural.
