What should i do?
theres this girl in my class and we are sort of friends, we talk on msn and a bit at school. She seems very interested in me because i think she is alot like me, but when i asked her out she said that she didnt think she could. So im wondering if this means "didnt want to" or "couldn't" but i dont just want to ask her because i want her to either be my girlfriend or my friend, i dont just want it to end because of this.

I was in a similar situation a long time ago. I quit asking the girl out for a few months just to see what effect that would have on our relationship. I treated her as a friend.She no longer felt threatened by the prospect of being asked out by me and therefore didn't have to fear the prospect of the embarrassing turn-down. We became much closer as a result.

No, don't ask her again. She said no for whatever reason - maybe she's not allowed to date yet. But regardless, she said no. If you want her to be your girlfriend or your friend, I think that you need to settle for friends right now.

Yes, ask her again. Persistance can pay off! :) Make sure to wait a couple weeks though...let her think about it for a while.
