NO!
Diet pills don't work and are dangerous to everyone,
especially younger people. Diet and exercise will give
the same results with or without pills. Pills are bad, mkay!

If you are exercising and have good eating habits then you don't need diet pills. If you have your heart set on taking a supplement than talk with your Dr, pharmicist, and parents before you take anything.
Pills are very dangerous. Most diet pillss are not FDA regulated because they are marketed as herbal suppliments. Even natruall substances can be harmful to your system.

Please be careful.

You should ask your doctor before taking diet pills. That would be the smart thing to do.
