The car has been in my name for almost two years but my ex has been driving it and it is paid in full. He gave me the car, keys and title and I want to be rid of it. Help please...

you can sell it ,all you,ll need to do is sign the back of it,,if its in his name you might need to get him to sign it though,but if its all in your name and his name isn't on it anywhere ,you can sell it to who ever you want too,good luck i hope this help,s.

I am almost sure that you can sell it if you have the title in your name... I would however be sure that it is insured because you also would be liable if anyone gets hurt resulting from an accident in it.. also be sure that your X did not leave you with any tickets or citations against the car.. check with the state dept of motor Vehicles .. good luck..

of course darlin... If the car is in your name and you have paid for it then you can do whatever you want with the car!
