Yes you can overdose on water, as crazy as it sounds it is possible. I'm a certified massage therapist and I know a lot about water it's all I will drink! First off it depends how much water you drink, you should drink 1/2 an ounce to 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight. So if somebody weighed 100 lbs, they would either drink 50 or 100 ounces. It also depends on how fast you drink it. If you drink like a gallon of water in 30 you will definitely expel it. Through urine or vomiting, the other thing is you should drink you water slowly, if your urine is lightly yellow or clear you are loosing essential vitamins and minerals your body requires from water!!

It is possible to die from hyponatremia (over hydration or water intoxication) It is rare, and seen primarily in endurance athletes. Over-hydration is disruptive to nerve cell function and can produce symptoms of lightheadedness or mild vertigo. Because brain cells are susceptible to fluid imbalances, over-hydration and water intoxication can produce neurological symptoms such as altered personality, and disoriented behavior. Water intoxication can also result in convulsions, circulatory shock, coma, and death.

yes.
you'd have to drink a hell of a lot of it, but if your water levels in your body greatly surpass sodium levels etc., you can get sick.
