is he pretty or is he the type of guy who is always helping others?
if he is pretty tell him so, maybe you will get a kiss out of it. if you really like him because he is a great guy ask him if he has room in his life for another friend.

Talk to him.Be flirty.Drop hints.Do whatever you have to to make him notice you and find you attractive through your personality or your looks.
